(Canine Life And Social Skills)

C.L.A.S.S. is an on-leash basic manners class for dogs over 5 months. We help you teach your dog to behave politely at home and in social situations.

This multi-tiered program (Bachelor’s, Master’s & PhD levels) developed by the Association of Professional Dog Trainers uses positive reinforcement to strengthen relationships between humans and their canine companions. Each level presents more challenging skill mastery with increasing distractions.

Bachelor C.L.A.S.S.

For puppies and dogs over 20 weeks of age. Curriculum includes teaching your dog to wait at doors and gates, come when called, wait politely for leashing up, loose-leash walking, focus, polite greetings, settle on a mat, give & take, and simple tricks like roll over, spin & fetch.

Offered as an ongoing “Modular” class  every Saturday @ 9:45 AM.

Master C.L.A.S.S.

(for Bachelor’s class graduates): Progress your dog’s manners skill set and introduce new challenges, such as loose-leash walking with distractions, staying with duration, clicker training, and more!

(for Bachelor’s and Master’s class graduates): polish your dog’s manners skills by overcoming next-level challenges, like long-distance recalls with distraction, long-duration stays, responding to your cues from a distance, behavior chains, tricks, and more!
